The download page is accessible only after validation of payment for purchased software. (Make sure you enter the correct email address when placing your order). Following validation, an invoice with your personal access code to the download site is immediately sent to you by email.

You have two options :

• Immediate download or
• Download within 7 days

If you opt for a deferred download or if you have to download your software again, all you need to do is come back to this website. Click here, enter your email address and password and proceed to download.

The authorisation to download is valid for a week, and:

• Allows you to download according to your preference; daytime or in the evening during off-peak hours.
• Gives you the opportunity to schedule the download night-time, if you need the Internet capacity and/or generally use the computer during the day.
• Authorises you to download your software as often as needed in the case of any connection problem occurring interrupting the download.

Secured Payment

We accept any credit card and comply with the secured encrypted mode (SSL) according to the ISO 8583 standard.
This insures that your banking information is completely encrypted and protected. You can also use other methods of payment like check or bank transfer.

Once you have selected your software, a product code will be presented to you. To save your selection, click on “add to basket”. You can now continue to shop on our site or proceed straight to purchase your selection.

When you click on the “add to basket” button, an order page displays the product(s) contained in your basket (product name, version, quantity and price) enables you to increase the quantity (or delete the product) in the basket.

Further on, when you click the “place order” button on the order page, a new page prompts you either to enter your password and email address or to fill in an information form if you are a new client.

• * Name and physical address (used for billing purposes).
• * Email (used to send you the electronic invoice and the access code to download).
• * Business (used for professional and intercommunity purchases).
• * Billing address, delivery address (if necessary).

As soon as you have filled out the form, you can choose your payment method in secure mode (SSL and SET) according to ISO 8583 standard.

How is your order processed?

• 1. If you place your order online and pay by solo/switch/maestro card: an order confirmation email is sent to you instantly. If you have changed the payment method, the validation takes effect upon receipt of your payment.
• 2. Upon receipt of the confirmation email of your order or invoice, you may proceed to download immediately (or choose a deferred download) using the download access code provided in the email.

Credit card: your payment is validated instantly and you are provided a direct access to the download page. If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within 15 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click "download".

Bank transfer: you can access the download page within 15 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click “download”. The confirmation of payment is sent by email after we receive the proof of the bank transfer.

Paypal: your payment is validated right away and you are provided direct access to the download page. If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within one week from the day you received the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is to check this email message and click "download".
